Ideally, the right candidate will:
- Have 7 years plus PQE.
- Have private family law experience.
- Have a friendly welcoming demeanour.
- Have existing litigation experience in matrimonial finance cases and/or private child law cases.
- Have a good attention to detail and accuracy to address all concerns.
- Have excellent communication both in writing and verbally, so you can connect and communicate at all levels within the Firm and our clients.
- Have a strong sense of professional responsibility and accountability.
- Have strong IT skills including Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel and Word and ability to work in a paperless environment.
- Have a great sense of humour and enjoy working in family law.
- Be well organised and skilled at prioritising tasks.
- Be able to uphold the firm’s reputation by providing a first-class service.
- Be empathic and understanding.
- Be efficient in working methodically and have good organisational skills to prioritise tasks.
- Be resilient and committed, remaining composed, reassuring, and empowering under pressure.
- Be self-motivated with a strong work ethic and have the inspiration to achieve.
